Sole Letting Rights: Town and Castle Limited will be the sole agent to market the property. Should you let the property in any way during our sole agency we will be entitled to the fee stated in this agreement.
Joint Sole Agency: Town and Castle Limited will work alongside one other agent. Any due fee will be awarded to the agent that first introduces the tenant.
The agency period will commence on the date that this agreement is signed by the Landlord and will extend to eight weeks after the first date that the property is able to be marketed in compliance with current legislation. This agreement can not be terminated within the agency period.
